Our Knitting Mill

Our factory has been operating in the industrial zone of Sindos. It is housed in a 5,722 m² facility on a 10,166 m² plot of land.

Production Capacity

Our daily production exceeds 16 tons of knitted fabrics. In addition to the production department, our facilities include storage areas, a mechanical workshop, a showroom for sample display, and administrative offices.

Fabric Manufacturing

We produce a wide range of high-quality knitted fabrics using state-of-the-art circular knitting machines. Our product range covers various applications, including:

  • Single Jersey and Single Jersey with Elastane
  • Fleece and Fleece with Elastane
  • Interlock
  • Pique and Pique with Lycra
  • Jacquard

All fabrics can be manufactured in 100% cotton, blended, or organic compositions.
We operate 45 high-tech knitting machines, covering all types:

  • Single jersey machines
  • Double jersey machines
  • Jacquard machines

Our core machinery is supplied by MONARCH, a leading manufacturer in the industry.

To ensure superior product quality, production takes place under controlled humidity and temperature conditions, optimizing the knitting process. Our expertise and technology enable us to manufacture fabrics with exceptionally high specifications, meeting the durability and quality demands of our customers.

Quality Control Procedures

Strict quality control procedures are implemented at every stage of production. Initially, raw materials, such as yarns, undergo thorough testing, including:

  • Yarn count analysis
  • Microscopic examination of fiber structure
  • Detection of uneven yarn thickness
  • Purity checks for foreign substances and contaminants
  • Specialized laboratory tests

Before full-scale production, trial fabrics are produced to verify weight and knitting quality. Once all parameters meet our stringent standards, full production proceeds.

Health & Environmental Protection

In February 2025, we completed the installation of a 99.55 kWp photovoltaic system on our factory’s roof, utilizing the Net Metering energy compensation system. The estimated annual energy production is 132 MWh, reducing 66 tons of CO₂ emissions per year.

We place significant emphasis on human health and environmental protection. Our knitted products are certified according to international quality standards, ensuring compliance with sustainability and safety regulations. Additionally, our knitting mill is certified for the production of organic fabrics, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly manufacturing.
