Quality control and assurance system

Mercury has a highly structured quality control and assurance system, with strict protocols implemented across every stage of the production chain—from incoming raw materials to the final product—throughout all areas of our vertically integrated production. Developed over 36 years of operational experience, this system reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and consistent product excellence.
We employ Certified Inline(CFIA) and Final Control(CFA) auditors at our garment production facilities. These professionals undergo regular training to stay current with evolving industry standards and participate in ongoing calibration meetings to ensure alignment with the specific and changing needs of our customers. Visual inspections are carried out by personnel certified under the Munsell color system, ensuring precise color accuracy across all outputs.
Our quality assurance protocol includes clearly structured quality control checkpoints at each phase, in addition to final audits before product release. All products are subjected to metal detection before packing, and goods are stored in designated metal-free zone. This zone is secured using biometric access systems and is only accessible to authorized personnel, ensuring product safety and compliance with international handling standards.
Mercury’s quality management system is supported by data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights from our integrated ERP tracking systems. We analyze defect trends and operational data to drive targeted improvements using methodologies based on Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma standards.
To support product integrity and early issue detection, we rely on a suite of advanced tools across our facilities. Microscopes in the knitting house allow us to identify yarn irregularities at the earliest stage, while spectrophotometers in the dye house ensure precise alignment with digital color references. Additionally, in-house laboratory testing is routinely performed, with third-party lab support used as needed to validate results and meet client-specific requirements.
These processes and technologies form the foundation of our quality assurance approach. Combined with the expertise of our dedicated quality team, they ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all stages of production within our fully integrated system.
